ESP Employee Tenure Awards
Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP) recently celebrated the achievements of its employees with tenure awards. The company takes great pride in nurturing and supporting the growth of its Team and recognizing their hard work and commitment to the company's future success. These awards were a token of appreciation for each employee's dedication to their roles and contribution to the organization.
At ESP, the average tenure of an employee is 10.27 years - the national average is 3.8 years at their place of work. Along with those decades of experience comes a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise in serving credit union clients.
The awards were one-of-a-kind fabrications created by Andrew Watson Design of Vancouver, BC. Constructed of bamboo laminate sandwiched between anodized aluminum, each award was personalized with the recipient's name. The awards business was founded in 2009 by Andrew Watson after he completed his Master's degree in Industrial Design. Since launching the business, Andrew and his team have worked with companies such as Google, Red Bull, Disney, The United Nations, Verizon Wireless, LG, West Jet, Mazda, Fuji Xerox, Ericsson (formally Sony Ericsson), Absolut Vodka, Volkswagen, PGA, X-Prize, Indian Motorcycle, Phillips, A&W, Gap Clothing, Wilson Sporting Goods and many more.
Awards were presented to employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 years of service.
