Public Service Credit Union Converts to FORZA
SPOKANE VALLEY, WA - Public Service Credit Union has successfully converted to the FORZA³™ core processing platform from Enhanced Software Products, Inc. (ESP).
Wausau, WI-based Public Service Credit Union has been serving the employees of WEC Energy Group for over 85 years. The credit union recognized that in order to provide its members throughout northcentral Wisconsin with an optimal experience, it needed a flexible and user-friendly core processing system. Their new President and CEO, Tina Machlan, researched various options and found many of the local area credit unions had glowing remarks about the customer service they received from ESP.
After an extensive search for the best possible solution, they decided on ESP's FORZA³™ due to its robust functionality and ease when implementing future growth initiatives. Industry-leading integrations, client presence in Wisconsin, client support model, pricing, and client feedback were all key factors in their decision.
Tina Machlan stated, "the conversion went wonderfully. ESP's Team was great and incredibly knowledgeable about its product, FORZA³™. It was also very easy to use."
Public Service Credit Union's core conversion was accomplished seamlessly by many long hours of migrating account data, extensive testing, and consistent client communication. ESP's Conversion Coordinator, Lexi Szabo, explained, "core conversions can be a very stressful time for the credit union and members. The Team at the credit union did such great prep work for this conversion that it was a smooth, successful conversion weekend and the CU (Credit Union) hit the ground running for their first week on their new core. "
Along with switching their core processing vendor, Public Service Credit Union will be deploying ESP Web Banking with advanced MFA, Digital Documents, Paperless Receipts, Member Imaging, and ESP Onboarding Application, to name a few.
"The whole process with the Credit Union's board of directors, Tina, and her Team has been wonderful. Our goal is to assist the CU in creating a solution set that will meet the expectations of the members. To ascertain what those items are, we look forward to working with Tina to ensure we all meet our objectives," says Shaun Murray, Chief Elbow Rubber of ESP.
